John MacPherson, a friend for many years, is an outstanding landscape photographer, able to capture the ever changing moods of light and colour which make our highland landscapes and seascapes an endless pleasure to behold.
Laurie Campbell is able to capture the magnificent and diverse wildlife and plant life of the Scottish Highlands.
Laurie’s images are arranged to give you an insight into the wonderful diversity of plants and wildlife that make the dramatic North West Highlands their home.

John MacPherson ….
John was born in the Scottish Highlands and has been photographing its natural wonders for over thirty years. John teaches photography and guides photographic holidays; his work has been featured in numerous books and magazines.
Laurie Campbell...
Was born in 1958 and developed an interest in natural history at an early age. He began photographing wildlife in 1972, initially from a desire to share his experiences and observations of the natural world. He later studied photography at Napier University in Edinburgh (1977 – 81) and has since worked almost exclusively in Scotland, travelling from his Borders home to all parts of the country.
Laurie is dedicated to photographing genuinely wild creatures in their natural habitats.
Author of two books, Laurie has also illustrated several others. He contributes to many other publications. He has been involved in a number of television programmes and won awards in the prestigious BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition.
