We can organise a block series of days or if you have a busy working life and can only make a day or few days at a time we can arrange the training to fit your busy life.
Pick Ups from Inverness
When you have a busy life it is sometimes a pain to try to organise transport out to the North West Highlands. If you are spending time with us on Mountain/Wildcountry skills training days we will be happy to advise you on suitable accomodation to suit your budget, and will be happy to pick you up/drop off in Inverness.
Individual Attention
Small groups ensure individual attention, our maximum number is 7 people, minimum 1 person. You can participate as an individual, a pair or as a group.
Attention to Detail
We provide comfortable transport, wildlife viewing equipment, a knowledgeable guide who looks after your every need. Morning and afternoon refreshments are included. You need to provide your own lunch.
Special notes about Mountain/Wildcountry Skills Training days.
You will be required to be fully prepared for days out in remote countryside in a place where the weather is very changable.
What you need to bring:
Good walking boots.
A full set of good quality water proofs. (Jacket and Trousers)
Warm clothing (including warm hat and gloves - yes - even in summer!)
Small basic first Aid kit, particularly containing footcare stuff and insect repellant and sun cream. We share our space in the summer with the famous Scottish Midge.
We would strongly recommend a hydration system that can fit in/on your pack and has a tube which allows you to access a drink at any time.
A good quality back pack that can easily fit all your kit for a day out.
A good quality compass. You will be provided with maps which cover each days outing.
