WEEKEND EXPLORER
The Weekend Explorer offers you the opportunity to gain an insight into this wonderful area.

We offer the WEEKEND EXPLORER From September 2006 to March 2007

The Weekend Explorer tours/walks are
£35.00 per person

This includes:

Small groups ensuring personal attention (minimum one, maximum 7 people.)
You can book as a single person, a couple or as a group.
Comfortable transport.
Mid-morning & afternoon refreshments.
Wildlife watching equipment.
Professional guide who will ensure your safety, comfort & enjoyment.

Excludes:

Lunch and evening meal (if a tour includes being away for the evening meal—details will be advertised.) You will be asked to bring either a packed lunch, if we are out walking for the day, or cash etc. for a stop at a restaurant or café.
Costs for entry fees or special activities. Opportunities to visit beautiful gardens, fly birds of prey, make your own perfume will be outlined in the WEEKEND EXPLORER information, with a note of what the charges would be.

Pick ups from Inverness City or Airport
If you have booked with Point NorthWest on one or both days of our Weekend Explorer and would like us to pick you up/drop you off from Inverness Airport or city we would be happy to do so. Pick ups would be from 8.00pm. It would cost £40.00 from Inverness City (the Rail Station square) or £45.00 from Inverness airport. This will be the charge whatever the size of the group (maximum 7 people).

2007 DAY TOURS
Information about dates & prices will be posted up on the web site in the autumn. So….. WATCH THIS SPACE.

WINTER WALKING & EXPLORATION 2007
If you would like to go out during the week to learn basic winter hill walking skills and explore the area in winter please book well in advance.

The cost will be:

One person: £150.00 per day.
Two people: £75.00 per person per day.
Three people: £50.00 p.p.p.d.
Four/five people: £35.00 p.p.p.d.
Six/seven people: £25.00 p.p.p.d.

You would need to provide your own winter hill walking clothing and gear. Full details of what you will need will be provided when you book.

BESPOKE TOURS/FAMILY TOURS (From April 2007)
Groups of more than 7 people, with their own coach or minibus transport who wish Point NorthWest to accompany them to give a professional guiding service on either a tour or walk. £150.00 per day.

Includes: tour/walk planning and organisation , seeking access permissions, booking any special activities and meal stops. Some wildlife viewing equipment will be available.
Excludes: costs of mid–morning and afternoon refreshments, cost of meals, entrance fees and fees for special activities.

Contact Point NorthWest well in advance and we will give you a quote which includes all likely costs.

Groups of 5 - 7: who wish to be provided with transport and a professional guiding service. £30.00per person per day.

For families of 5 – 7: In addition to the *inclusions mentioned below Point NorthWest will also provide activities for children under 12. Early booking required to give us enough time to ensure fun for the family. Please see notes on mileage.

Please note: Due to the new legislation regarding children’s safety booster seats/ cushions, parents with children under 12 will be responsible for providing suitable safety seats/cushions for their children when travelling with Point NorthWest.

Excludes: costs of meals, entrance fees and fees for special activities.

Mileage
• Pick ups/drop offs within 25 road miles of Dundonnell will have no additional mileage charges.
• Pick ups/drop offs beyond 25 road miles from Dundonnell will be charged 35p per mile mileage charge over the free 50 mile mileage allowance. Please contact Point NorthWest to get a quote.
